I am a twenty-three year old designer and activist from NY and I have designed a high-end bracelet to raise awareness and funds to fight sexual trafficking in Cambodia through the Somaly Mam Foundation. And I need a chic and edgy logo!
Concept: Using fashion as well as edgy, sophisticated branding and marketing as a vehicle to discuss upsetting, yet pertinent issues in a way that is nonthreatening.
Goal: To stimulate potential activists.
Mission: The Brave Collection will meet this new demographic on their turf: in the easy, non-threatening environment of a fashion boutique or on our chic, inviting website. Within this context, it will be easier for people to begin to learn about such a difficult issue. We are a stylish middleman with a strong message, connecting the fashionably unaware to the advocates at the root of the problem.
The branding will be simple, sophisticated and chic with a bit of punch and edge.
