-Everything will always be made on the premises with fresh products and the idea is to create a genuine and home made concept.
-Marketing strategies will be focused on the origins of every single raw material emphasizing its quality and its uniqueness.
-The furniture and the layout will remember a classic italian kitchen or old italian grocery shop
-We choose the name Brera because is the artistic and old downtown neighborhood of Milan, Italy. Brera is also the place where the Italian Panino was born, the place where consumption of gourmet fast food is predominant (banks and offices are based there) and last but not least is the place where all the shareholders are coming from.
