Employees perhaps looking to escape the clutches of big box, cultureless, bureaucratic, “color in the lines” and “ask your manager” consulting and brokerage firms. We want these employees to see our site and company as a breath of fresh air. A place where their talent and voices are not overlooked, their creativity welcome, a fair yet competitive culture where you can grow as an individual and share in the growth of the company’s profits with hard work. The site should also speak to the employee who is working with a small brokerage firm whose leadership is treating their firm as a lifestyle business settling for the status quo. This employee would see Birch as the best of both worlds – tenured, proven leadership running a great business with solid infrastructure yet entrepreneurial, technically sophisticated and growth focused at the same time.
