The Trim Tart specializes in vegan (no animal products) and gluten-free baked goods. We specialize in cupcakes, tarts, cakes, pastries that are low-calorie and use organic, pesticide-free, fair-trade and nonGMO (non-genetically modified) ingredients. Target audience: health-conscious consumers, calorie-counters, athletes, diabetics, gluten-intolerant (i.e. Celiac disease sufferers) or gluten-sensitive individuals, those concerned about organic, healthful ingredients. Parents love our desserts for their children knowing there are no preservatives, and that ingredients are carefully sourced. Desserts that are healthy, vegan and gluten-free need not taste like cardboard. They can be delicious and indulgent without the guilt of too many calories.

The attached .pdf shows "The Trim Tart" (white font with pink background stripes) on top. That is the font I wish to move forward with in my logo. I want the font to be bright pink.
Underneath that is my current business card and logo obtained from Vistaprint. It is close to what I want. I like the pink, I like the cupcake (but not married to it). I want to denote my brand as clean, healthy, organic for the sophisticated buyer concerned about high-quality ingredients. Desserts are artistic and delicious, while low-calorie, vegan and gluten-free. I want the logo to be distinctive. The colors of my brand have already been established so it must be predominantly pink. It must have a clean, modern feel. My mission is to revolutionize this niche market into one that not only those restricted in diet can enjoy.
