WHAT WE DO / A LITTLE BACKGROUND INFO:
We work at Meredith – one of the leading Media + Marketing companies focused on women.
Next week, we will be kicking off an internal sales competition amongst our Direct Media Sellers, which will be titled “Calls Gone Wild.”
The goal of the competition is to drive the quality and quantity of the department’s sales calls. These calls are not limited to phone calls, but also include in-person meetings and emails. The competition will run for a total of 8 weeks. All calls will be graded based on an A,B,C ranking system and the winner will be chosen based on the quantity and quality of their calls.
We hope that this will inspire some friendly competition within our department as well as helping to grow existing and new business.
WHAT WE NEED:
We need your help to create the perfect logo for our “Calls Gone Wild” competition! We are looking for a bold, innovative and original design that will get our staff excited to compete.
We like logos that are modern, bold, fresh and playful. We appreciate modern typefaces and designs that are more graphic than gimmicky. We want something that is simple and easy to read. The audience will be all females, so it can have some feminine touches (or incorporate a feminine color pallet), if desired. We do not want anything too risqué or cheesy. We tend to avoid script fonts.
The logo will be used on all competition related collateral including printed scorecards, posters, folders as well as the competitions website.
We do not want any images of telephones used in the logo because the word “call” does not only refer to phone sales calls, but all in-person and email sales calls as well.
We would like the logo to incorporate the attached image of our Meredith Direct Media logo (MER_DM_RGB.jpg).
