Divisions within medium to large organisations that want to adjust or deploy new HR or IT systems. Project or business managers.
My website/ blog needs to appeal to a somewhat conservative audience, i.e. busy people in organisations that have a problem and need professional help to make the change a success. Success happens when people get the change and know what and how they need to do with the new technology.
The website/ blog ideally will reflect innovation through new operational processes or enhanced collaboration by better tacit interactions (where the Web 2.0 stuff comes in).
This is essentially a personal branding exercise for me. I do not expect millions of visitors, but a potential client that checks out chrisbayley.com or deltachange.com will see useful templates, whitepapers and my opinion about change triggered and developed by social media.
Apart from this the design options are open. I am deliberately not specifiying colour or characteristics. The logo will appear on the header of deltachange.com (just set up as a Wordpress blog) and on my business card. If that broadens the brief too much. The blog takes preference.
