Cheerful logo needed for healthcare community social network website.

We are starting a membership website called "FQHC Connect." An FQHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center - These are health centers that are partially funded by the government and their purpose is to provide quality, affordable healthcare to those who might otherwise not be able to afford it (for example, poor people or people without insurance). The target audience for the website are people who work at FQHCs (for example, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Physicians). The purpose of this online community that we are creating is to bring these people who work at these health centers together to share best practices, ideas, inspiration, and stories with one another and to learn from one another's experiences. Also, we will offer educational resources like courses, webinars, and articles for them. The website will basically function as a social network or a community. Basic membership is free, and there will be options to pay for certain "premium" material and features. It's called "FQHC Connect" because we are connecting staff of FQHCs to one another and to education and resources. IMPORTANT TIPS: I want the logo to be warm, cheerful and inviting, as this is a website about connection. You can play around with colors and I will provide feedback. I would like something that's not just the text with a symbol plopped next to it - it needs to be more creative and integrated than that, and there should be an element that I can pull out to use as an icon. Key themes are community, communication/talking, and connection. I would like to see some concepts where you play around with the typography (please keep in mind that FQHC needs to be capitalized though) - I LOVE creative typography! One idea I had that I would like to see is a "talk/speech bubble" or a talk/speech bubble combined with a computer screen (see uploaded file for example), but please if you think of something wonderful and creative, do that instead! I would like to emphasize the communication aspect. P.S. Please see my notes on the example logos provided by 99designs and why I like them.

I'm open to any color scheme, but please make it bright and cheerful. I want people to be excited to join our community.
