$250 - Child Custody site needs a logo!

I just redesigned my website and need a logo. The website sells child custody software, called Custody X Change. I imagine you could incorporate the name "Custody X Change" and who knows what else in the logo.

Desired Color Scheme:
Blue / Pink. Or something else (surprise me)

Desired Style:
Clean, Professional, and appealing to parents / attorneys

Accepted File Formats:
Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff); .psd please

I had an old logo that I tried to design (long time ago), but it was crap. You could see it at custodyxchange.com/404 if you're curious. (Again though, not very good at all).

P.S. I'm running a split test on the homepage right now, but I'll probably end up with the orange/blue design (it's the current leader).
