Church needs an awesome badge to brand themselves by!

The letter "R" as the centerpiece, mountains and/or a Colorado "feel" if possible.

Target audience is a 35 year old (unchurched) male. We are a Christian/non-denominational church. We are thinking of this logo in terms of stickers, t-shirts, social profile pictures, i.e. wearables & shareables. So really this is more of a badge not a "logo". We love NewSpring's badge (attached as a reference).

Our brand colors are:
Blue: Pantone 647C HEX 005595
Green: Pantone 339C HEX 00b193

Fonts
We use Sans Serif fonts, and the font we use is called Avant Garde, both regular and book style. Ideally, we want the Avant Garde "R" as the centerpiece of the logo.

We would love to incorporate mountains or a Colorado feel into the logo if we can, but we are really open to any ideas you have so send em our way!

I have a few inspirations attached, but again we are not married to anything. The main thing if we go the mountain route is we have to be careful of Flatirons and Red Rocks church (both Colorado churches) - they use mountains in their logos and we do not want to be similar to them in any way. There are also a few other Restoration churches across the country and we do not want a logo that looks like theirs. I also have our current "logo" attached for reference and branding/colors etc.
