We provide property maintenance services (cleaning, gardening, building management, high pressure washing, window cleaning) to commercial & strata properties.

Clean Green Strata is a provider of common area property maintenance services to the strata, body corporate and commercial property industry since 1992. Basically we provide services to buildings and properties common areas ie staircases, foyers, driveways, gardens, rooftops, letterbox areas, car parks etc. See services listed below.

We already have a logo but we need something totally new.
It needs to incorporate our status as the No 1 service provider in Australia.
We want it to stand out and become a brand that when people in Australia think Strata Maintenance they think of this logo.
We are an environmentally friendly company and are going thru this process because we are franchising our business.
We want people to trust the logo but know that we are a company moving forward!
We currently service 400+ properties each week and are growing every month so we want our logo to be professional, clear, catchy and still appeal to the people living in the units and the property managers.

The designer can select the colors realizing this is the foundation of our brand.

The files we will require are:
- Print format - .ai (CMYK)
- Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
- Vectorized file
- We want the original design file in either Adobe Photo Shop or Illustrator
