I'm a pretty straight down the line recruiter and believe I'm renowned for treating my candidates as good as my clients. Loads of my current clients have been candidates and vice versa. I don't recruit into traditionally conservative environments such as banking and finance, legal and accounting firms. I have enjoyed recruiting into more commercial environments such as construction and property development, energy, infrastructure, energy and retirement/aged care industries (as they have a heavy asset management and growth focus).
