Diseño de inspiración
The name "ConvergeFM" represents the convergence (joining together) of facilities management (FM) and design to achieve superior results. ConvergeFM should read as one word, but I would like for "Converge" and "FM" to look different from one another. "Converge" should be the component that stands out the most.
Attached is a concept that I had come up with, but I'm not entirely happy with it. I was playing around with the idea of the "FM" representing two buildings in a subtle way, which is why the letters are in blocks. Many facilities-related companies use buildings in their logos, so it can be a bit overdone. If this were to be incorporated in my logo it needs to be done in a way that isn't "stuffy" or "typical", and perhaps should not be the main focus of the logo. I find myself really drawn to vintage/retro logos (with a modern twist) and prefer more neutral colors such as browns, blacks, grays. I'm alright with blue so long as it's a lighter blue, and used sparingly. I'd also prefer to have no more than 2 colors in the logo. I'd like the overall feel of the logo to be classic and timeless but also stylish.
Some other ideas to explore for the logo would be to use AutoCad office furniture symbols, office floor plans, a tape measure, etc.
