Cool, Fun, Retro Logo Design for Web startup

RocketAce.net

RocketAce.net is a small web/mobile application development shop with big ideas, that is just getting started.

RocketAce.net's vision for the next 18 months is to produce small web properties that serve a single purpose and are geared to a more tech savvy audience.

Most of these apps will be productivity based, others based on social media platforms (Delicious, Twitter, Facebook), and we might throw in a game for good measure!

All the apps will be branded as "RocketAce.net Web Properties"

The target audience for the apps will be for the more tech savvy user.

We like anything Apple makes from a design perspective, and will use a similar design style in the apps we create, so the logo should complement that style.

I would really like a logo which includes a rocket flying through space. Think more Flash Gordon then NASA.

Solid colors are nice, and if possible to incorporate an 'Ace' inside or riding the outside of the rocket.

I'd like the text 'RocketAce.net' to be included in the logo design

Something that is in a comic book style, and comic book fonts for the typeface would be great... clear, simple and bold

A logo that is fun and whimsical with a hint of retro cool.

Please feel free to experiment with colors!

The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)

Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
