Our product: We offer „Erwachsenenbildung“ for organisational psychologists and trainers in the field of corporate change management. That includes people who’s job it is to train employees of corporations and their leaders in personal and professional self-development. The trainers’ (= our customers) interest lies in psychology, self-development and seeing the human in every employee with their individual needs, desires and potentials. Their job lies in bringing out the best in every employee, thus engaging their strength and enabling them to lead a more purpose-driven life and create an efficient work environment. The product consists of practical advice and training materials to use within corporate contexts. The main mission of our seminars lies in uniting the trainers’ cognitive approaches with body-centered methods that enable their trainees to reach a state of experiencing rather than deliberate thinking. Our USP is a body-related approach with touch and movement. Typical training session include titles like “How to feel what my body is telling me?”, “Ways to calm my body in stressful situations?”, “What are my limits and how do I recognize them early on?”, and “Reconnecting cognitive functions with my body”. Target audience: -age range 25-50 -60% female, 40% male Trainers, organizational psychologists, coaches; self-employed or employed within Human Resource departments of small and medium sized enterprises as well as corporate entities. Also, B2B companies that offer outsourcing of team development skills. Interests: yoga, meditation, self-development, psychotherapy, nature, work-life-balance, travel, modern working life, family, personality features: features: purpose-driven, extroverted, socially active, flexible

Logo-requirements: The logo needs to combine a sense of movement and calmness and should portray that our product delivers clear solutions to interpersonal challenges in the workplace that are never rigid. It should be modern, yet not too playful; abstract, yet feasible; organic, but clear. There should NOT be any people (figures etc.) in the logo. A possible idea would be a hand out of which a plant is growing – just an idea, it doesn’t have to be a hand(!). Please read the product description properly and spend some time thinking about how your creative mind can transform our USPs in a logo  Feel free to reach out if there is anything you need further explanation on. Attached you find the moodboard of a previous design we crafted, the logo in there should NOT serve as a draft for what we want. The colors shown there should be used in the logo in whatever combination you deem appropriate.
