Two Contests: 1. Template Design (coded) and 2. Logo Design for a Cosmetic Spa

fresh, clean, a little bit of web 2.0 if possible, see the example links

Accepted File Formats:
html and psd for template and psd for logo (fully editable) - will need fonts used as well

We are hosting two design contests, one is for a web page, and the other is for the logo. The logo must have the words Cosmetic Laser Center (large) A Medical Spa Serving Elk Grove & Sacramento (small).

You can submit for either contest or both if you like. If you are designing just a template, please leave a placeholder for where the logo will be.

The template must be clean and related to cosmetic services. See the following for inspiration:

The website design must be for a main index page, and then a design for a subpage as well.

I will send you 50% of the winning amount via paypal, where then you will send me the template/logo/files. Upon receipt I will send you the remaining amount.

The logo will have to have the following:
psd file (fully editable in adobe photoshop)
any fonts used
the logo file must be high enough resolution to be used on print ads.

The template will have to have the following:
html and psd files of the site
all images
a design for a index page and a subpage (both with same theme and layout, just a subpage so we can display the information)
