We will provide a selection of beautiful yoga gear (pants, mats, malas etc) made by brands who are doing amazing things with their sustainability and ethical practices for yoga students, teachers, studio owners, festival goers, ethically and sustainability minded people.
The brands and companies we will partner with will have a vision that is respectful of the planet, we will be the link between these brands and the yoga community. Our brand and imaging fundamentally aims to bring more love into the world, we believe we can do this by educating, connecting and giving better buying choices to customers.
Words that represent out business are: Hope, Lifestyle, Calm, Beauty, Give, Simplistic, Whole, Choices, Together, Clean, Connection, Learning, Considered, Eco, Feeling, Planet, Future, Off the Mat.
SPECIAL NOTE: Concurrently to the logo contest, we have run a naming survey. Results from this is leaning towards 'The Yoga Store' and 'The Yoga Project' as favourite names for the business model presented in the brief.
The business model we are building will eventually incorporate an online store, yoga classes, festivals features, community membership, studio locations, retreats and teacher training programmes. SO potentially 'The Yoga Project' suits this projection.
NOTE: The logo chosen must have transferability to this brand name i.e. The Yoga People OR The Yoga Project, both of which incorporate elements of a store, teaching, festivals, community, a studio, retreat, and teacher training.
