Estate agency services. We sell houses.
We are traditional in the sense that we provide all the services that a traditional estate agency would I.e. Accompanied viewings, qualification of buyers, online marketing, negotiation, sales progression, local experienced staff and valuations, and so on.
However we are forward thinking in that we recognise that the way buyers find properties has changed. They no longer go from estate agent to estate agent in a high street to register their details and wait for the details to arrive in the post.
Nowadays buyers look online, and enquire with an agent when they see a property they like the look of. I.e. The way that estate agents introduce buyers to a property and get buyer registrations has changed. In the same way that people look for products and services on amazon, or play.com, or insurance market sites.
Of course this means that online presentation is important with professional style photography, floor plans, virtual tours and so on are paramount for attracting buyers, but having an experienced agent working for you in the traditional sense is just as important.
There are national online online agents who charge a very low fixed fee, but they do not provide LOCAL estate agency SERVICE, they effectively just list properties. And we believe that this PURELY online service is detrimental to the vendors chances of getting the highest price possible for their property.
I am focusing resources on where it counts for the vendor - professional style photography, virtual tours, advanced SEO'd website, on all major property portals, and of course the core values and services of a traditional estate agency.
I will mainly be selling houses in the up to £750,000 price bracket, but an average house price would be £150,000 to £300,000 which is your normal family home price range. This would be to first time buyers, second time buyers, affluent professional, families, portfolio investors, and non portfolio investors.
In the name choosing process I have gone with my name as most traditional estate agents tend to do, and I resisted the temptation to call myself an 'online agent' because I don't want people to perceive that I am offering a watered down service like the national online agents. I have traditional values, and service, with up to date marketing strategies that work. I will not have a 'high street shop' as most agents do, but I'm based in a town centre office where I will be able to meet clients.
So in summary we are a forward thinking estate agency that is moving with the times. We are tech savvy, and offering the future of estate agency today.
