We are a tiny brewery, based in S.E. London, growing out of three friends that have been making beer in our house (number 42B) and hosting parties every few months. We would like to take this to the next level and begin a brand (and an adventure) making and selling grain based craft beers in the local neighborhood. So a focus on community would be interesting. Also, there are many micro breweries in this area so something distinctive would be good. (research tip: Google for 'Bermondsey Beer Mile', we are right in the middle of this area, but our production is still our lounge, with some buckets)
This design will feature on the beers label for each label design (i.e. several different beers will be produced and the overarching brew logo will be included in some way on each different label).
We are keen to take distinctive, and sometime heritage, recipes and re-introduce them. For example we have been making meads since before it was trendy ;-)
We generally make low hop beers, letting the grain's flavour come through.
Amusingly for us, whilst the general audience for craft beers is quite hipster, our friends have been quite academic, grown up and, well, not exactly anti-hipster, I mean, I have a beard and work in media, but we certainly tread the fine line.
That is probably enough general waffle.
