Q Farm is the home of my parents, Mary & Evan Quiros. My father is a retired rancher and my mother is an artist. She has a studio and also teaches classes. My dad is just as talented. His "hobbies" include building furniture, stained glass windows, restoring old cars...and an overall tinkerer of things. He's a MacGyver of sorts. They moved to the Q Farm in 2009. It's just outside of Houston and has become a family retreat for us, our kids, and extended cousins. We call it the farm, but it isn't a working farm, this is just their house in the country. Their town is Fayetteville, TX. There is a small herd of cattle, but only used for grazing the land. There is a small lake and the property is filled with live oaks, wild flowers...and yes, there's a tractor. We swim, we play tennis, sit by the fire outside, gaze at the stars, pick vegetables in the garden, play cards...and overall...just hang out. I am their daughter, Celina, a lover of all things organized and logo'd. I would like to surprise my mom (she's turning 70) with a really cool design for the Q Farm. I plan on making styro cups, napkins, tote bags, etc.
