The primary market segment consists of young adults (e.g. 16-25 year olds) who like to visit cinemas to see new release 3D movies. As a secondary audience, the brand is also targeted at older people, such as families with young kids, who watch 3D movies in cinemas. Most 3D TV sets currently require active shutter glasses, but it is expected that more manufacturers will release TVs with passive 3D technology in the near future. When this happens, the market is expected to expand rapidly and Face 3D glasses will be targeted at anybody who needs additional 3D glasses for gaming and home TV viewing, including adults and kids.
We would like a logo that is fun and friendly. The theme of the site will be “faces” to stress the individuality of the glasses we sell. We imagery will consist of a mosaic of faces of people wearing our glasses. The logo doesn't necessarily need to contain a face, but it should complement the design.
*** Design Requirements ***
The logo will be used in print, on our website, on packaging material as well as on the glasses. It is very important that the logo will work well when printed on the frame of glasses, so this means that too much detail won't work well. Maybe a second variation would be needed for printing on the glasses. When submitting a design, please show how it will work on the website, as well as how a variation of it will work printed on the frame of a pair of sunglasses.
*** Brand Name ***
The brand name is "Face 3D". However, the word "Glasses" may also appear in the main logo (might be too large for print on the frames). Please show variations with and without the word "Glasses", so that we can pick.
