We want our logo to convey the feeling of a fresh, modern company from the web 2.0 era. Fun, reliable and professional are other keywords.
We want the logo to include our slogan "Parking one click away". However, the logo should also be usable on its own without the slogan.
Using an icon of some sort in the logo is optional. If an icon is used, it is important that the company name is still the focus of the logo.

The attached picture is one of our internal Quick n' Dirty logo attempts. We used a green color we liked and added a "P" as our icon.
Our initial target audience is technology savvy private users age 20-45. They have smartphones, access to a car and have to pay for street parking occasionaly. Over time our customer base will broaden to cover most of the population.
Parkster is a Swedish startup company - from the entreprenurial grounds of the likes of Spotify and Skype.
Our service is a world's first. Using GPS our smartphone app identifies the relevant parking space. One click on "Start" and the parking is initiated. Clicking "Stop" will finish the parking and the parking fee is withdrawn from the customer's credit card. Initial launch is in Sweden and to be followed by the Nordic countires and Europe. Already ahead of our launch, we have won two big entrepreneurial awards. Long time customer base is projected to be in the millions.
