The logo will represent a product line for LED driving lights, LED worklights, LED bars. Since the products are unknown the goal is to create a logo that can compete with the big boys on the market, creating trust and a good compression for end consumers. Please avoid "cartonish" looking logos.
Make sure the focus lies on the actual text and not external "logopart". The reason is because the text will be printed on products and the actual logo might not fit. Thats why its important that more work goes into the text or make the text become the actual logo itself.

No specific requirements. Only black or only Blue, or a combination of them two. I leave it up to the designer to decide. There are some reference logos registered in this contest (big manufacturers) that could be helpful to look at.
