We yearn for simplicity and experience - to appreciate the people and environment around us and foster long lasting relationships with both. We want to be the Patagonia of beer with a better sound track and price point.
Our audience are craft beer lovers. This rapidly growing group forms a bell curve around the ages of 21 to 65+ with 41.5% in the 35-49 year old age group. We are educated (42.6% with Bachelor's) and active with a focus on outdoor activities.

We've been playing around with some ideas but none we're wild about. Thinking about acorn or tree - CT state tree is Charter Oak and it plays on "Park" theme/our love of outdoors and outdoor activities. We also like the idea of a bench, someone relaxing on a bench looking out - did a very basic stick figure drawing below - would probably have to limit it to just a person on bench looking out to work for a logo? We all love music and creating a welcome festive environment we people can relax and connect. The decor of the tasting room will likely be classic New England outdoors (Mountains/Beaches/Park scenes etc.). We're open to other logo concepts we haven't considered.
