This logo is part of a re-branding effort. I've been in business for
seven years and in that time, my jewelry has split into to distinct
lines: one that is custom jewelry like I described above, and another
that incorporates "Found" objects like compasses, pocket knives,
vintage brass tags, keys and things of that nature. I am at the point
where the found line is going to break off and become its own brand
called, Merchant. Because my current logo, the one I've been using,
focused on the "Found" element of my jewelry (suitcases, crow aka
scavenger, telescope all convey the search for vintage pieces) I need
a new logo that represents simply me and my jewelry designs, without
the found line. As you'll see, my business is currently called
"Rebecca Dolber Collections". With the split, I'll be dropping the
"Collections" and operating simply as "Rebecca Dolber". Please take a
look at my website (http://www.RebeccaDolberCollections.com) to look
at my jewelry, specifically Talisman, Wraps, Linx, Rings, Stackers
Malas - these are the lines that will move over to Rebecca Dolber.
Again, "Found" will be removed and become Merchant. I want this to
very much be a luxury line. I want people to be empowered by my
jewelry and feel like it's part of them. I plan on upgrading much of
my designs to 14k and sterling and raising my prices with the
re-launch. Some words I would associate with me and my jewelry are:
calming, quality, peaceful, personal, confident, empowering, natural,
simple, keepsake, memories, family, zen, soulful, ethereal. So
to see what you come back with!! Thank you!
OTHER NOTES: THINGS I WOULDN'T MIND BEING INCORPORATED INTO THE LOGO
INCLUDE: A FEATHER, A JEWELER'S TOOL, HORSE SHOE, A BIRD, A
DIAMOND, AN ARROWHEAD, NATIVE HEADDRESS, SPEAR.
