We are a 3 attorney DWI—Criminal defense law firm. Our primary focus is DWI defense. We are on the high end of the price range and provide very high quality legal work and customer service.
The name GERALD MILLER is the logo and the brand. The P.A. is a necessary evil. The P.A. can be smaller and inconspicuous or creatively added or part of the name. I feel I need the “ DWI / Criminal Defense Attorneys” to identify the brand as well as to identify what what we do and also to narrow the brand ( I am open however). Obviously, these words are less important and play 2nd fiddle to the name/brand.
The logo/brand will be used in all forms of marketing from display advertising such as bill boards and directories to TV to direct mail to internet ( web site, e-mails, social media etc.) to letter head etc.
Remember, bill board and TV advertising afford the viewer only seconds to visualize the logo/brand and to hopefully remember it.
The logo / brand needs to :
Be easily identifiable.
Be easily recognizable.
Be easy to understand.
Not be complex.
Not be gimmicky or funny.
