La Parrilla Restaurant is a 180 seat high quality Argentinean style A la carte restaurant with a 20 seat lounge. We focus on our Argentinean and world cuisine menu with a distinctive South American feel.
La Parrilla Restaurant will feature an inviting dining room with an elegant lounge and bar which leads onto magnificent alfresco dining on the front deck overlooking the Arafura sea. To furnish La Parrilla we will draw on Spanish and South American cultural influences of warm, rustic furniture and fittings with soothing warm tones, while still maintain the clean lines of a fine dining restaurant. It will be the perfect place to enjoy a romantic meal with a loved one, a hearty meal with the family or close friends and for all special occasions and small business meetings.
The menu will be inspired from Argentinean and South American specialities and will appeal to a diverse clientele. Our speciality begins with the Aging Process of all our meats, butchered on premise daily to creating mouth watering, tender meat and game prepared on our char grills for which we will quickly become renown. We will foster a shared meal experience with a delicious range of tapas and shared plate options including local seafood.
Our rich and complex home made sauces are the secret to all our dishes and will release a kaleidoscope of flavours to delight the senses with every bite. The menu will change every 3-4 months but keep the favourites. Prices will be competitive with other upscale restaurants in the area. However, it is the strategy of La Parrilla Restaurant to give a perception of higher value than its competitors, through its quality food, exceptional customer service and occasional entertainment.
The lounge and restaurant will be open seven days a week. The restaurant will be fine dining in a cosy atmosphere. Warm colours, fresh flowers, soft music, candles and amazing artwork from some of the area’s most notable new artists. This will contribute to a sense of community and give new artists a chance to show their work for a diverse clientele.
The service will be relaxed, very friendly and correct. We will hire the best people available, training, motivating and encourage them, and thereby retaining the friendliest most efficient staff possible.
