Create a strong powerful lady of justice logo for an aggressive family law firm

This logo is for a law firm located in the State of Alabama. The firm usually handles unique and complex family law cases, especially child custody cases. The target audience is financially stable, middle-aged married or divorced individuals with family law issues anywhere in Alabama.

We recently paid a graphic artistic to design this logo for us. We loved the design that the artistic created, but then we discovered that we cannot use it. We hired the artist to create an original logo, but that is not what we were given. My marketing company discovered that it was copied from other people's work and the artist had no right to use it. The lady of justice is a derivative work from a copyrighted image that does not belong to us and the bird is an exact copy of another copyrighted image with only the colors changed. We expect all proposed designs submitted to be original logo designs. Anyone who is found to have copied someone else's work will be disqualified completely. The sample that we have uploaded is the copied design that we liked and were going to use until we found out that it was copied. We need an original replacement for this logo that projects the same type of image. We would like a detailed drawing like the sample shown. No abstract designs please. The logo design must include a lady of justice figure. This figure should project an image of strength, power and confidence while still appearing attractive and feminine. The founder of the law firm is female and resembles the lady of justice in the sample. We would like a similar look or type for that reason. An amazon type look would be preferred. We often handle difficult cases and want a strong, assertive image. The lady of justice should look fierce and fearless, but not masculine. The new lady of justice in the sample photo accomplished what we wanted if we had the right to use it, but we do not. We like the wording of the firm name in the sample, but we are open to other looks for the wording too. We do not like the bird in the sample image. It was supposed to be a phoenix, but no one that has seen it knows what it is. We would prefer that a phoenix be included in the logo, but this is not absolutely required. The phoenix is to convey a triumphant rebirth. The lady of justice is a warrior and a symbol of the attorney and the phoenix is a symbol of the client arising triumphantly from the divorce and being reborn to a better future. A good attorney-client relationship is a partnership. Both the lawyer and the client have important roles to play and that is why we would prefer both to be represented in the logo, if possible. However, what we are marketing is legal services, so the lady of justice should probably be the focal point of the logo as a whole. Whatever the design, it MUST be compatible with our new web design which was designed specifically around the sample logo which we now cannot use. We have uploaded a picture of the web design. The site is still under construction, but the home page content is completed and will give you a more in-depth understanding of who we are. We love the look and colors of the web design and want to keep it. Any logos that would require a new website design will be disqualified. The new logo must easily replace the logo currently shown. For years, our firm used a gold stock photo lady of justice which we have uploaded in the helpful images section in case it is of any benefit. It is the first image shown. We like the detail, gracefulness and lines of the stock photo, but we need something unique to brand our firm and we want an image that projects more power. We have also included some other images that we like, but none of these images convey exactly the image that we have described. They only have some features that we like. Our new website is the last image uploaded.
