I provide holistic health coaching and consulting services to people trying to reverse chronic illnesses such as autism, AD(H)D, asthma, diabetes, mood disorders, and auto-immune conditions. My target audience includes parents (usually mothers) of children with chronic illness and adults with chronic illness. A secondary audience is other health and wellness professionals.

I'd like to explore the following colors:
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.

Diseño de inspiración
The logo should be sophisticated but approachable, warm, etc and not sterile or too serious or too masculine. There should be a balance between soft and hard in the design. I like cursive letters mixed with block letters (mix of soft and hard). I prefer the natural world to artificial. Nothing that suggests machinery. Nothing too masculine. I can imagine something neutral with a splash of color. The color should not be primary or 'fixed' but have some movement/gradation (my work is about change and about blending things together). I like water colors. I gravitate towards blues and greens and also red (if the red has enough blue in it). I can imagine something faded coming back into focus. Or something wilted coming back to life. Or something about to blossom. Or something about to take flight (but no canaries). The 'cultivating resilience' might lead someone to design a farm or food type msg or alternatively something representing struggle or fight but that won't work. "My" brand of resilience is more about repairing and supporting.
About the work: The subject matter I work with is serious but the tone of my work is hopeful and upbeat. I do natural health not "medical". In my work I try to make complex things simple, look for the root cause. The process of reversing chronic illness is complex and nuanced...but the logo (and later website) needs to be clean and simple. The solutions I offer are structured but very individualized. Nothing cookie cutter.
