We are developing a brand identity for a new human resources consulting firm. While larger companies have an in house human resources group, Caldwell Human Resources helps smaller companies, dentists and other professionals manage hiring, performance, discipline, documentation and termination, employee retention and employee productivity. Services include HR consulting, best practices, policies, templates and forms, employee handbooks, training, HR compliance, etc.

Small business owners and professionals looking to outsource human resources. Primary geography is the Pacific Northwest, but the brand will target small companies throughout the U.S.
We are looking for a wordmark and logo treatment that is clean, simple, and professional. No color palette or specific visual aesthetic have been chosen so we are open a variety of design concepts and color ideas. Graphically, we want something that depicts people and productivity.
Please submit each concept 2-up, with one version against pure white background and a second version reversed against a pure black background; no gradient backgrounds; we want to be sure the winning design will display well in a variety of applications (print, online, etc.)
Format: The winning design must be delivered as an Adobe .ai vector format file. All artwork must be original (no stock art elements please) and full copyright ownership must be conveyed to us.
