I've got some icons for my site already made (attached in the brief). We're going to be incorporating those icons on landing pages and The colors aren't fixed, but the style is. If you can see, there are two colors that make a third when they're overlapping. The logo should vibe with this style. It doesn't have to mimic it exactly.
A lot of people have been designing a wordmark. That's OK, but a stronger preference will be for a wordmark along with a logo. I design mostly infographic resumes (typically they have charts and graphs on them in addition to the usual text).

We are ABSOLUTELY NOT LIMITED to the fonts on this page. Strong preference for sans-serifs. Font/s used in the logo may be slightly modified for the logo. Please feel free to use any fonts you want, as long as they are available as a webfont. Font/s MUST be available as a webfont (via typekit, myfonts, fontsquirrel, fontspring, Adobe Edge, or Google Webfonts) .
We've seen a lot of rectangles. I think maybe a winning design might focus on something other than a rectangle, need to be more creative than that, maybe!
