We do this by leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to analyse a job seeker’s past experiences, skill set and personality, and linking them to the skill/personality requirements and cultural factors of various employers and their vacancies.
Our vision is to enhance the traditional CV-based approach to hiring with data-driven technology, thereby enabling employers and job seekers to meet the most relevant candidates/opportunities. This approach makes it easier and quicker to forge the most effective employer-employee relationships, thus reducing the time and resources usually required to hire or get hired for any opportunity.

At the outset, we will be an invitation-only platform, targeting and open only to top talent, and recruiters/job opportunities that best suit this talent.
The name ‘Darwinq’ stems from Charles Darwin’s theory of Natural Selection - commonly known as the theory of ‘Survival of the fittest’. The ‘q’ at the end of ‘Darwinq’ stands for ‘Quotient’ as the platform will be allocating a score (in % terms) denoting how relevant a job seeker is to a given opportunity and vice-a-versa.
