Since the company is new, few people will - in the short term - readily connect Tim Harrington to CRS - Austin. With ample exposure our goal is to make this a subconscious connection. Strong graphics will help this process immeasurably.
Tim is looking for a highly professional logo that speaks to his Texas roots and mainly Texas market. 90% of his work is done in Austin so strong Austin visuals (skyline, river, etc.) could be compelling.
Tim is flexible with regards to actual graphics, color scheme. He has asked that the designer independently determine if CRS-Austin is used or the full name: Corporate Realty Services - Austin. Logo should be professional and masculine.
If designed in full color, the logo needs to be easily translated into a one or two color graphic and flexible enough to work on multiple media: in-house printed letterhead and business cards. It also needs to work electronically - website pages, emails, e-newsletters. Finally, in some instances it will be placed on building signage (think "HEB - another great tenant brought to this community by CRS-Austin" sort of thing).
