Design a chic logo to help support abandoned children in Morocco

We are a new non profit organization in the United States that is designed to help support a village in Morocco for abandoned/orphaned children. We want the logo to feel modern, bold and sophisticated. The Atlas Kinder Foundation builds and funds villages for abandoned Moroccan children that are left to the government or found in a dumpster or on the side of the road. There are currently 10,000 abandoned children in Morocco every year. This village was started by a Swiss man and he has created a magical place for these beautiful children to live and grow and thrive surrounded by love, education, culture, beautiful clothing and delicious healthy food. I would model the design directive as designing a logo for a modern museum of art. I like bold white lettering that will pop on bright playful or even neon colors. We are targeting sophisticated, philanthropic Americans.

I need to re-create an existing logo so that it feels a bit more sophisticated for the American market. The current logo is a bit playful and uses eed, green, blue and yellow so if possible i would like to try and incorporate these colors.

Think of the logo as a cool hip modern museum. I would make it in black and white so that we can put it against any bold color.
