I'm creating a food blog all about celebrating food cravings. My blog's target audience will most likely be females between the ages of 20-40 so I definitely want a feminine-leaning logo. My blog will feature healthy, quick meals for one or meals to impress a date or your family.
The tone I'm going for is sophisticated, chic, and slightly minimalist. I'd like to stay away from anything too young and playful, though I don't want it to look boring and stiff! I
I'd really love to incorporate gold or rose gold accents, such as used in this example: https://99designs.com/logo-design/c…log-700806 I would even love to see ideas that are all black except for gold/rose gold accents. I am also a big fan of muted/faded colors (muted purples, pinks, periwinkles, etc.). Basically nothing too bright or too youthful. I would love to see options that feature rose gold and baby blue/periwinkle/violet colors. Or rose gold and black/gray. Or rose gold and navy.
The most important thing is nailing down the word mark, though I'd be open to ideas that include some kind of chic graphical element. I'm big into script/handwritten typography (ensuring it's still fully legible) though also open to sans serif fonts.
It would be awesome to see options that incorporate some kind of graphical element into the typography. For example, drawings of a fork and knife; a chef's hat; an apron; common kitchen items, etc. These inclusions should be tasteful. I'm trying to decide if the logo works best as just a word mark or as a word mark with some kind of image/graphical element.
