This is a classic New England hotel, located right on the beach. Hotel guests are upscale, vacationing in a historic town. We also cater to meetings and weddings.

This logo will be the overarching brand identity for this hotel. We will work with the winning designer to create versions of the same logo with other pieces of the hotel in mind: - Hotel (as a standalone) - Grill & Pub - Meeting House (as a standalone). We need something that will work for each of these individual labels, under the umbrella of Union Bluff. We are open to/would like to see two types of logos: 1. Icon + text: A drawing of the hotel with serif font for the Union Bluff like the City Mills example - With this logo type, please use our hotel's facade for the drawing. Images attached. 2. Stylized initials + text: A stylized "U" and "B" like the Boston Park Plaza example. Fonts: Classic-looking serif font. Like in the Omni Mt. Washington, Bimini, and Boston Park Plaza examples.
