This will be used online/Website, and will also be incorporated into business cards, letterhead, powerpoint template, email, etc. (I expect that I will choose to engage the logo design winner to do these things.)

I tend to like more typographic logos. Like some alignment or justified element(s). Nothing TOO pictorial or too busy. I like negative space use. Like contrast of 2 fonts (or 3?) Legibility is important. Don't like anything too scripty. Maybe stylize A as mark?

If it can somehow convey coaching: RELIEF! Empowering. Finding focus, progress, getting unstuck, taking better care of themselves or changing habits...that'd be a bonus. Feeling better=being better.

Target: Women 36-50. College educated. Income >$75K. Urban/Suburban/Corporate + Entrepreneurs/Parents: Single /Married
They feel: They need stress management. Feeling out of control/How did I get here? No time for what I want/Unsatisfied.
Probably already exercise some, have some self-care routine. Concerned about nutrition, weight management. Struggling to do it all. Too much on their plate.
Me/My brand should convey: Confident/Caring/Thoughtful/ compassionate-reassuring/Sincere /Direct/Well-trained /Traditional+Conventional/Trustworthy/results oriented/hope/positive sentiment. I can help!

Messages: Get unstuck/move forward/perform better/get focused/self-care / habit change/Get back on track/find the time to take better care of yourself. Feel Better & Be Better.
