We are a family and veteran owned and operated Alpaca Ranch. We raise alpacas for their fiber. After the alpacas are shorn annually we process their fiber on our ranch and spin on the spinning wheel into yarn. We make dryer balls, yarn, Pom poms, tassels, nesting balls, hats, scarves, shawls, blankets, keychains, etc.. We can knit, crochet, weave, spin and hand dye fiber/yarn. We use every piece of their fiber for some sort of product. We also offer classes and workshops for people to learn as well as farm tours to learn about alpacas, interact and understand what it takes to raise and care for alpacas. The importance of sustainable alpaca fiber and the benefits of it. Our target audience is open to females/males/infants-elderly.

Diseño de inspiración
We want our logo to incorporate the alpacas, fiber arts and that we are veterans of the US Army.
Though we raise alpacas and spin their fiber we also use other animal fibers with the alpaca. It would be neat to see different fiber animals integrated together; alpaca, buffalo, rabbit, sheep, goat
Or a sheep operating a spinning wheel with the thread coming off of the alpaca
We want to include not only the alpaca but the fiber arts part of it too; spinning wheel, yarn, etc
If a camelid is included in the photo we want to make sure that it is an alpaca and not a llama. I will include photos, pom poms on the front; like the alpaca is wearing them. If there is a blanket on the alpaca we were thinking about making it an American flag. What do you think about an alpaca wearing a knitted Kevlar helmet instead of wearing a hat.
Having a spinning wheel or knitting needles incorporated since we spin and process and our own alpaca (we do not have a mill process any of our fiber/fleece) We are open to suggestions, changes. A yarn ball could possibly make up the “O” in Fiber Ops Ranch
We want “Veteran Owned and Operated” somewhere in our design
Some alpacas and llamas in Peru wear packs. We were thinking that some items can be sticking out of the pack/blanket
If texture can be included, having stitches/knitting somewhere
We are open to any creativity that can help put all our ideas together
