The idea is that to make change, you must escape from your comfort zone to do something new. The strapline is ‘Don’t Get Cosy’, but I don't want this included in the logo.
The logo needs to include a boring, gray pair of slippers (the kind an old man would wear) that has been set on fire.
The logo needs to be fun and optionally, it could give the idea that someone is escaping from the slippers and / or something exciting is now happening or about to happen.
The logo may be used alone as an icon for Twitter, Facebook or adverts etc, or may later be part of a larger header image.
