We are currently developing a gig economy-based website. It's called Crowdosity. The concept of Crowdosity is to connect companies to individuals (and individuals to individuals) for task related work.
Here's a general idea: A company will post a gig and Crowdosity will match the company with individuals that maintain the qualities and skill-sets to complete the task. The company or individual will then get to choose a single or multiple candidates.
An example of some gigs you might see posted on Crowdosity:
"I need to someone to deliver three tractors from Los Angeles, California to Portland, Oregon. The tractors need to arrive to a specified location no later than end of day Thursday of this week."
"I need someone to pick up groceries for my grandmother every other week."
"We're looking for a minimum 5 people to help our company move offices on Wednesday."
We're calling the individuals 'crows'. Crows have a variety of talents and skill-sets, are adaptable and are always on the lookout for the next gig. They enjoy freedom as independent contractors or simply like the supplemental income outside of their normal day job.
Some sites with a common theme (we don't necessarily like any of these logos):
Here's what I'm looking for in a logo:
- Modern / 2017
- Friendly / Open / Welcoming
- Incorporate a 'crow' at the core of the theme (crows are considered intelligent, adaptable birds)
While we suggest the above, you have freedom here. We have selected the logo styles we like, but we welcome your own design angles you feel line up with our cause. We have also selected our color preferences though also give the freedom for you to decide.
We want to say out loud 'ooohh I love that'.
I will make my self very much available to offer feedback to designs throughout the contest. I look forward to seeing your work. Thanks!
