Diseño de inspiración
The intertwining of the letters and the panther. It takes simple elements and makes a complicated design.
It is bold and balanced.
Simple elements that pieced together make for a more complicated design that you have to star at to see the individual pieces. Overall it is a balanced picture when you first glance at it.
Simple, smooth lines. Single color draws your eye in.
Hidden picture within the picture draws you into the logo.
Hidden picture draws your into the logo.
It is a strong logo, yet simple in design.
Love the texture of the cat. Makes you look twice which is what a logo should do.
The logo will be used for spirit wear and on lacrosse uniforms. It should have a touch of Native America flavor, such as feathers and/or beads but not be overwhelming. Colors should be turquoise, red brick and possibly add if a third color is needed yellow. I've included an idea somebody started that you can work from, but you don't have to use this if you have other ideas. The people you have to impress are 7th-12th grade girls as they will be making the decision on the final logo. Please note, if you are not familiar with lacrosse, there is a big difference between girls and boys sticks so don't do any art work with a boys stick in it!
Additional info, the girls like an edgy look and want something that might be found in the pages of an Altar'd State catalog. It needs to look very professional, not like something the team mom put together. And they don't want something that looks like a typical athletic logo or college logo. They want something with a more cultured look since this is a travel team made up of girls from many different schools and backgrounds.
