We have been rescuing abused and unadoptable dogs in Houston for almost 10 years. We currently have 14 dogs.We have purchased 15 acres in the beautiful rolling green hills of Texas (an hour west of Houston) and making our sanctuary official and setting up a non profit. Dogs here get to have a safe controlled environment and run free on our ranch. Our target audience is anyone who loves dogs and anyone who likes to see good win over evil as all of these dogs have been the victim of abuse, torture and/or neglect at the hands of humans. We are giving people a chance to join the journey to watch good and help where they can. Here are some examples of our rescue dogs... I would like the design to be something I can incorporate on a ranch gate, and look kind of like something you would see on a Texas ranch if that makes sense. Country looking... ranch looking.. almost a ranch brand but also depicting dogs. I don’t want a lot of colors and I think not as much emphasis on the word Kelaroo as the Ruff Ranch would also be good to see. (Or not having it all run together). I also like the badge and shield logo look too, but open to suggestions... I love the images of more than one dog (happy dog silhouettes?) and I have seen some with the shadow of a woman and a few dogs (as long as the dogs look playful and not like a specific breed rescue). So I am really open to seeing what you come up with and what would get your attention. I think its important to depict the farm/ranch feel though..
