Design a new logo to describe the appointment process for a top wealth management firm

Our company name is W.A. Smith Financial, and we are a wealth management firm (investment advisory). Clients hire us to help them build a financial plan and to manage their money. The appointment process we take a prospective client through is 4 steps and we would like to refer to it as the "Ascend 360" Process.

We'd like this logo to fit well (be cohesive) with the W.A. Smith Financial logo (www.WASmithFinancial.com). We'd like the colors to be the same or very similar. "The Ascend 360 Process" is how we will refer to it in our marketing (radio and TV commercials, talking about it verbally in conversations, in our print materials, etc.). Ascend means that we help people take their financial plan to another level, well beyond what they could do on their own. 360 refers to 360 degrees or "all inclusive."
