We provide 24/7 in home primary care, urgent care, and hospital at home services. this includes a doctor house call as well as diagnostic (labs, xrays) and treatment services (medications). Part of our service includes a technology enabled platform, where we are able to efficiently deliver our services to the home much like "uber". We have several target audiences, in order of priority:
1. Health plans/insurance companies
We market to them to manage their high risk, high cost patients that utilize the emergency department and hospital for the majority of their care. By using our service, their patients get better/faster care at a reduced cost.
2. Elderly, medically complex patients
We market to patients that feel disconnected and lack proper access to their primary care doctor and become dependent on emergency services and the hospital for managing their care.
3. Technology companies
We are approaching technology companies interested in investing in our healthcare delivery service.
