We specialise in the Canadian dish 'poutine' which is hand cut fries, cheese curds and gravy topped with various options (for instance, meats such as pork or beef, or combinations of sauces such as salsa, guacamole and sour cream). We've been operating on the street food/events scene for the past 18 months but are now in the process of moving into a permanent premises in Liverpool (United Kingdom) which we're really excited about! This is our first of what will be a chain of 5-6 upmarket fast food restaurants.
Our target audience is young people but the food still appeals to a wide age range (ages 16-35). Students in particular are a core target audience.
We are a quality fast food option but still appeal to the mass market. We are on the line between being a daytime food and a nighttime food which is incredible after a drink. We don't want to appear too much of the latter but at the same time want to be approachable for those audiences.

- We were thinking PASTEL BURGUNDY. We love burgundy but think traditional burgundy has been over used which is why we like the pastel version because it's slightly different.

We want our logo to be the business name : 'CARIBOU POUTINE' with the word 'CARIBOU' at the forefront in large with 'POUTINE' slightly smaller font in the line below (open to this being a different font).
