This logo will be for a condo development in the Mid-City neighborhood of New Orleans, LA. The development is made of 20 townhome style condominums, 3BR/2BA with an attached 2 car garage (a luxury in this neighborhood), and they will be priced around $500K each. The neighborhood itself is eclectic and colorful, and has been steadily increasing in property value and general desirability for the past few years. Our target audiences are both investors looking for high-end rental opportunities in both the short term and long term rentals, and primary residents who are looking for new construction and amenities while being in the heart of the Mid-City neighborhood.

We'd like a logo that works well with our existing branding for our real estate firm, McEnery Residential. Take a look at our website -- http://www.mceneryco.com/services/b…sidential/. The website that a previous brokerage designed for this particular project is https://www.37hundred.com/, and we are trying to make a complete shift from this look/feel -- we're renaming the development itself, want to stay away from focusing on the red, and feel like it comes across as cheesy. We're hoping for the design to feel clean, fresh, upscale, simple and clear. Greyscale tones with possible touches of blue or green. We'll be using the logo in a variety of sizes (from social media marketing to large signs in front of the building, etc.)
