Design a logo for a home bakery that uses baked goods and history to inspire conversations around how people can create

This is for a home bakery. The concept behind Revolutionary Bites Bakery is that every item comes with a brief history about a historical event or person that has made a difference to society, focusing mainly on the stories around people who are not popularly known and identify as LGBTQAI+, women, non-white, etc. basically those that aren't often mentioned in the history books. I gravitate towards worker's rights posters of the 1910s and 20s. But don't want something that seems too masculine. The brand is really about providing a tasty treat and encouraging people to think about those stories of people who did not always intentionally plan on changing the status quo but did. I hope that it can also encourage others to do the same. The tagline I'm leaning towards is, "Will you do something revolutionary today?"

Not all these elements need to be in the logo but elements I have liked when looking at others.
