We are a nonprofit startup in the Effective Altruism community (you can Google Effective Altruism (EA) to see other organisations in the space - it's a global community aimed at using evidence and reason to improve the world as much as we can with our limited resources). We're working with EA university/student groups in the US and the UK, to help them realign global talent to work on the world's most pressing problems. You can think of it like a graduate recruitment organisation, but instead of recruiting for a particular organisation or industry, we're aiming to help students have a career that has a high positive social impact. Our target audience are 18-23 year olds who are unusually bright, ambitious, and altruistic - people who are willing to be strategic and do something off the beaten track. I generally like plain, minimalist, abstract design, which doesn't have a lot of detailed figures.
