IgnitePost.com is a personalized physical outreach service. It’s the easiest way to send personalized physical outreach to clients, customers, or sales leads in a way that doesn’t require any work at all.
We help businesses increase sales and revenue by taking their already existing digital assets and turning them in to personalized print campaigns. IgnitePost handles all of the content selection, printing, personalizing, packing, shipping, and performance tracking on behalf of our customers.
Vision: To be the most convenient, time-saving, and effective way to communicate with customers (both prospective and current) in a physical way.
Who we’re trying to attract / Key Goals:
When businesses think of developing a deeper relationship with their customers, IgnitePost is the place they turn.
* Sales teams use IgnitePost to do more authentic sales outreach (start off relationships on the right foot)
* Customer service teams use IgnitePost to do more authentic customer service outreach / follow up (develop relationship/connection with customers so they buy more from you)
* Marketing teams use IgnitePost to do more authentic customer retention (make sure customers stick around for as long as possible)
Relationships matter. Better relationships lead to happier customers, more tolerance for sub-par product experiences, and higher LTV.
We choose the name ‘IgnitePost’ specifically because we liked the imagery it invoked. As a service, we work to ignite and fuel the connection between businesses and their customers. Physical outreach has shown to be 30x more effective than digital outreach, so we focus on giving companies the ability to send highly personalized physical outreach at scale to achieve the results they desire. The customers they target could be new potential customers (i.e. sales leads), existing customers that the business wants to retain, or past customers that the business wants to ‘keep warm’/top of mind and win-back at some point in the future.
As for the logo, it needs to look good on print, web, and mobile apps.
In addition to being used on our website and in our iOS and Android apps, this will be a printed logo that will most likely be on envelopes mailed to our members.
I looked through some color psychology articles to see what type of emotions I would like to invoke in people.
The main colors that I think would be good psychologically are:
Blue - Since we’re mainly selling to businesses, I’d like to have a good amount of blue in the logo to instill an inviting sense of trustworthiness.
Orange / Red - I want to have a color in the logo that instills a sense of excitement. I’d like our service to be seen as a spark that creates a human connection.
Colors I think we should avoid:
Brown; Green; Black; Pink; Violet;
