Landlord Care will provide a monthly subscription for private domestic landlords in the United Kingdom. The monthly payment will provide services such as boiler gas safety testing and servicing, PAT testing, an annual electrical safety inspection, and more. The target audience is small-medium private landlords which are typically 30 - 60 years old. It's a fairly even split of males and females. However, there are slightly more males in the industry.

We like the logos of LinkedIn (the new all-blue one), British Gas and SSE (UK). We like how LinkedIn is one word. We would like to see varieties of the logo of "landlordcare" where the "landlord" and "care" are distinguished with different colours but joined as one word. We're also open to Landlord Care being two separate words, and small details, but no big icons. Avoid things that are too youthful or too corporate. Ideal colour palette colours similar to British Gas and SSE. Like blue and greens. Also open to slightly different variations.
