Design a modern industrial logo for a spring manufacturing firm

We are a manufacturing company. Our business has three divisions – we design and manufacture custom coil springs and wire forms for use in a range of applications, we supply spring washers and we supply spring steel (ie steel that other spring manufacturers can purchase to manufacture their own springs). We are a family company with a focus on quality products, reliability and customer service. While we are a new company, we come from a proud tradition of spring manufacturing – our extended family has been in the spring manufacturing business for more than 80 years (this business has now closed, creating an opportunity for us to start our own business). Industrial Springs and Steel intends to build on that proud history / strong foundations. However, we will take it to the next level with a greater emphasis on innovation and growth – ie we’re not stuck in the past. The goodwill that has been created over the past 80 years will serve us well, but we plan to innovate and evolve. Our customers come from all walks of life, from large companies to individuals. Large companies are our key target audience, so the logo must appeal to them and give them confidence in the strength of our company and the quality of our products. They can trust us. Customer segments include agricultural, railways, mining, other spring manufacturers (for spring steel) and other manufacturers using springs in their products and manufacturing production lines. UPDATE TO BRIEF: Hello Designers, Thank you to everyone for taking the time to submit entries. Something we have noticed in many entries is that "Springs and Steel" is in very small font and difficult to read. Could you please consider this for any future entries and make sure the words "Springs and Steel" aren't too small. Alternatively, as springs are the core part of our business you could make the words "Industrial Springs" more prominent and the words "and Steel" less so, or make "Springs" the dominant word.
